I found the hotel to be conveniently located right at Osaka Station, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The rooms were on the upper floors of the tower on the south side, with a downside of being quite small and a bit of a distance from the elevator. The service was exceptional with professional and helpful staff. The dining options, although on the pricier side, offered a good variety of Japanese and western dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location but some room for improvement in room size and dining prices.
