Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located near Osaka train station with easy access to major attractions and surrounded by many department stores, making it ideal for exploring the city and beyond. The service was exceptional with attentive staff addressing all our concerns promptly and offering convenient amenities like safekeeping luggage at no extra cost. The dining experience offered a wide variety of Japanese and American cuisine at a reasonable cost, providing a satisfying meal. However, the rooms, in need of renovation, were quite small and not very wheelchair accessible, located off a busy hallway, which was a bit inconvenient.
I stayed on the 24th floor rooms at this hotel, located directly within Osaka Station. The location is fantastic, close to the city center and with excellent transport options. The concierge staff were very helpful with luggage storage and providing advice on subway trains. However, they forgot to get me adjoining rooms as I had requested many months ahead. While the dining options were not as varied as advertised, the proximity to department stores and shopping centers is a plus.
The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, though some may find them small. The staff is incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and offer convenience for guests.
The hotel is a gem right at the heart of Osaka Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and you can definitely count on the reception staff for a warm welcome and helpful tips. Don't miss the diverse dining options available, but keep in mind that finding the hotel within the station might be a bit tricky. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a fabulous location, right at Osaka Station and departmental stores, making it ideal with easy access to transportation. The rooms, though lacking a safe deposit box, are cozy but on the smaller side for the price. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating, with a colleague offering to change my room the next day. The dining options are varied and excellent, catering to Japanese and American tastes. The facilities are top-notch, and there's even a small smoking area on non-smoking floors.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located right at Osaka Station, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The rooms were on the upper floors of the tower on the south side, with a downside of being quite small and a bit of a distance from the elevator. The service was exceptional with professional and helpful staff. The dining options, although on the pricier side, offered a good variety of Japanese and western dishes. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location but some room for improvement in room size and dining prices.
The hotel has a fantastic location right on Osaka Central Station, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are not very spacious but perfect for families with babies, and they come equipped with useful amenities like a small fridge, a safe, and a kettle. The service was polite and helpful, and the concierge staff assisted with luggage storage and tips on getting around. Despite being situated amidst a large mall complex, finding the hotel can be a bit tricky. Dining options are expensive, but the view from the restaurant is breathtaking.
The hotel is in a perfect location just above Osaka Station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are small and compact but offer a unique bathroom experience with torso level water nozzles, rain shower head, and a steam room setup. The service is top-notch with helpful and resourceful staff, plus a nice Granvia lounge for relaxation. The dining options are excellent, featuring a wide variety of Japanese and American foods. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Osaka.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the bathroom shower felt like a luxury spa with its unique features. The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable, making me feel welcome right from the start. However, there was a minor issue with the friendliness of the receptionist, which slightly affected the overall experience. The location is superb, conveniently located near the JR station and above the Umeda train station, ensuring easy access and excellent connectivity to explore the city. The dining options were excellent, offering a diverse selection of both Japanese and American cuisines. Additionally, the facilities provided added value to my stay.
I found the hotel to be quite large, so the rooms were a bit of a walk from the elevator, but they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not impressive, and the rooms were small and pricey. The staff was polite and hospitable, though not overly friendly. The location was very convenient, right above Daimaru Osaka, and within the Osaka Station with easy access to surrounding areas. Dining was a bit expensive compared to other options in the area. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from my room on the 22nd floor was amazing, but the room itself was extremely small. The location was unbeatable right above JR Osaka station, making it super convenient, though the dining options were below average.
The hotel is conveniently located right at the JR station in Osaka, making it perfect for traveling around Osaka, Kyoto, or Kobe. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were always kept clean and comfy. The service was top-notch with attentive and helpful staff. However, the dining options lacked variety during our stay. Overall, a great choice for its prime location and excellent service.
The hotel's location is superb, being right next to the Osaka station with easy access to major tourist sites. Despite the small room size for my wheelchair, it was very clean, and the bathroom was larger than usual for Japanese accommodations. The service was courteous, and they even helped with an ironing set. The dining experience was good value at ¥2,700 per person, offering a Japanese style meal. The facilities were adequate, though the price charged was slightly below expectations for what was provided.
